Our Philosophy

We treat screen time as a meaningful metric and the first issue to address as you cannot achieve anything without control over your time and attention. While we encourage a mindfulness approach in everyday life, on retreats we simply switch off our phones.
-
You are what you eat. Optimal nutrition is different for everyone though and we are not dogmatic about specific types of diet. We feel that exploring the culturally rich world of food should be fun.
-
Never getting out of your comfort zone is no way to live your life. We embrace an anti-fragile growth mindset that entails having skin in the game and occasionally venturing into the unknown.
